Tax Collected at Source or TCS Tax is not a new concept. As of now, TCS Tax is applicable on certain transactions involving prescribed goods and services both under Income Tax and GST regime.
Now, the new provision of Tax Collected at Source/TCS applicable w.e.f 01.10.2020 vide Section 206C(1H) of the Income Tax Act as passed by the Finance Act 2020 incorporating all the remaining goods under the ambit of TCS Tax.

• PM will be responsible of monitoring the current investments in line with the framework set-up which allow the broader Investment Team and the Risk Manager to follow the portfolios/investments.
• He/She will contribute to monitoring and reporting on market developments for inclusion in periodic investment reports.
Equity Overlay Book
• The PM is expected to generate ideas and monitor the Equity Overlay book.
• Trades and ideas are presented to the IC for approval but over time implementation is expected to be performed by the PM.
Research
• The PM is expected to support the investment activity with research coming from his/her day to day activity. Sharing of information is key for an efficient deployment of capital.
Requirements
• Degree in Finance/ Investments with strong academic credential. CFA certification is a strong plus
• Proven experience in similar roles within Asset Management Companies/ Institutional Family Offices/ Wealth Management Firms
• Knowledge and proven experience of the major financial instruments with specific attention to equity, hedge and equity funds and equity derivatives
• Knowledge and proven experience of alternative investment landscapes with focus on hedge funds
• Knowledge and proven experience of the due diligence and monitoring process for investments in the external managers
• Be able to prepare quarterly investment reporting
• Perform quantitative analysis of performance
• Proven experience in writing investment memo and manager meetings notes
• English fluent, Italian is a plus

This role of Technical Service Engineer (TSE) Chemicals reports to the Senior
Technical Solutions Manager Performance Products. The role is located in Houston.

What's the role -
The TSE Chemicals will be accountable for providing customer and sales support associated with chemical hydrogenation and specialty catalyst customers. The TSE will be a member of a larger technical support team and will work closely with the sales team on specific customer accounts.
Specific role functions include:
• Preparing catalyst performance estimates and technical proposals in response to customer requests.
• Supporting customers through the catalyst loading, activation and start-up process.
• Supporting customer’s unit operation through analysis of data and assistance in troubleshooting efforts.
• Becoming proficient in use of catalyst performance models as a tool to support the catalyst business
• Documenting successes that customers achieve with SC&T catalysts and technical support and sharing knowledge gained from these successes within the organization, helping to further strengthen SC&T’s technical and commercial positions.
• Preparing technical proposals in response to customer requests as well as engineering design firms.
• Building of positive working relationships with customer’s technical staff.
What we need from you -
• Must have a legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
• BS Chemical Engineering or comparable science/engineering degree.
• At least 5 years’ experience in technical support of petrochemical (steam cracker), hydrogenation, aromatic, zeolitic and/or other chemical catalyst unit operation.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
• Organizational skills to multi-task and manage several projects and customers at the same time
• High degree of confidence with the ability to earn respect of a customer base of experienced and knowledgeable refining personnel
